Our Professionals


Agnes Leung Bcom, CPA, CA, CBV

Mrs. Leung is President of Agnes Leung Professional Corporation, Chartered Professional Accountant and practices in the areas of business valuations, litigation support, due diligence and forensic accounting services with over 20 years of experience.

Agnes gained extensive experience in assurance, accounting and tax at a national and an international accounting firm prior to devoting her time to the practice of litigation support and business valuation areas. Her experience includes economic loss determinations in contemplation of litigation, business valuations, financial and economic analysis requiring an independent review. Agnes has been working in the provision of business valuation and litigation support services to plaintiff and defense lawyers since 1999. Agnes is trained in collaborative practice, providing an unbiased perspective to spouses working through their financial separation.

Agnes has prepared and reviewed numerous reports for valuations of shares of corporations using the asset, cost, income and market approach for a variety of purposes including tax re-organizations, matrimonial disputes, shareholder disputes, shareholder buy-outs, divestiture, employee share option plans, financing and a going-private transaction. These valuations have included clients of all sizes from an extensive number of industries. 

Agnes volunteered her time in community tax clinics, youth groups, and has been treasurer for CNBC Alberta. She currently serves as board member and treasurer for the Association of Family Professionals Edmonton.
